B1G IPTV Terms of Service

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

These Terms apply when you use the website, request a free trial, purchase a subscription, use the official B1G IPTV Android app, load an account into a compatible third-party player, contact support, or participate in the reseller program.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not order, activate or use the service.

B1G IPTV provides internet-delivered live television and on-demand account access for use with compatible devices and players. The current website lists 28,000+ live channels, 100,000+ movies and 20,000+ series. These figures describe the current catalog and may change as sources are added, removed, renamed or reorganized.

Stream quality can include HD, Full HD and 4K where supported by the source, device, player and network. A reference to “4K” does not mean that every channel or title is available in 4K.

The subscription and the player are separate concepts. Your subscription provides account access. The app or compatible player is the interface used to display that account. Third-party player licences, app-store fees or hardware costs are not included unless expressly stated.

Keep all usernames, passwords, server addresses, playlist URLs, portal details and reseller-panel credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out using credentials issued to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not publish credentials in public forums, screenshots or social-media posts. If you believe your credentials have been exposed, contact support promptly.

Connection limits or device-use rules may apply to your account. Do not assume that a single subscription permits unlimited simultaneous streams.

Retail plan prices are displayed on the official pricing page and may change before a new order or renewal is completed. The current published prices are shown in EUR. Any taxes, payment-provider charges or currency-conversion costs that apply to you may be additional.

Your order is not complete until payment has been accepted and the account has been activated or otherwise confirmed. Keep your order confirmation for support and billing questions.

Unless an order page clearly states that automatic renewal applies, do not assume that your subscription will renew automatically. Check the terms presented during checkout or ask support if you are unsure.

B1G IPTV currently offers a 24-hour free trial. The trial is intended to help you test device compatibility, channel categories, app/player setup, EPG where available, playback quality and your own network conditions before purchasing a longer plan.

A free trial is not a guarantee that every individual feed will remain unchanged after the trial. Live-channel availability can change over time.

Trial access may be limited to one trial per person, household, device, network, payment identity or other reasonable anti-abuse criteria.

You may use B1G IPTV only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; interfere with network or service security; scrape or extract protected account data at scale; resell retail credentials without an authorized reseller arrangement; share reseller-panel credentials with customers; rebroadcast, redistribute or publicly perform content where you do not have the legal right to do so; use the service to infringe copyright or other rights; or use the service for fraud, abuse, malware, credential theft or other unlawful activity.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of any content is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Internet-delivered services can be affected by source availability, maintenance, provider changes, device compatibility, player updates, ISP conditions and local-network performance. We do not promise that every channel, title, EPG entry, catch-up window or quality level will be available at all times.

We may add, remove, rename, reorganize or replace channels, categories, apps, features or technical methods where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure or improve the service.

Support will make reasonable efforts to help with account and setup issues, but support cannot control your ISP, local Wi-Fi, third-party app stores, third-party player developers or device manufacturers.

B1G IPTV may be used with compatible third-party players and devices. Those products are operated by their own providers and are subject to their own terms, licences, privacy practices and technical limitations.

Links to third-party websites or apps are provided for convenience and do not by themselves mean that B1G IPTV controls or endorses every third-party service.

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the current Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply under consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Because streaming and digital services can begin immediately after activation, special rules may apply to cancellation rights in some jurisdictions. Where the law requires specific consent or acknowledgement before immediate digital supply affects a cooling-off right, those legal requirements remain applicable.

Reseller access is separate from a retail viewing account. Authorized resellers may receive a reseller panel and use wholesale credits to create or renew customer subscriptions according to the current reseller program.

One reseller credit currently represents one month of service. Current package sizes and wholesale rates are published on the reseller page and can change for future orders.

Resellers are responsible for their own customer pricing, business expenses, taxes, marketing claims, support obligations and compliance with applicable laws. No guaranteed profit, commission rate or customer demand is promised.

Professional and Enterprise reseller tiers currently include broader white-label branding and supported custom-domain/DNS options. The exact technical configuration must be confirmed with reseller support before production DNS changes are made.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, expired access, credential abuse, security threats, unlawful use, unauthorized resale, attempts to compromise systems, excessive technical abuse or material breach of these Terms.

Where practical and lawful, support may provide an opportunity to resolve an account issue before permanent termination. Serious security, fraud or unlawful-use concerns may require immediate action.

The B1G IPTV name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, software and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish or create misleading imitations of B1G IPTV branding.

Third-party names, trademarks, programme titles and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

The website and service are provided subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular channel, a particular bitrate, universal device compatibility or error-free third-party software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B1G IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party app failures, ISP outages, local-network problems or user-configured devices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections and any liability that applicable law requires us to accept.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, payment methods, security requirements or business operations. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are published.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material contractual change, we will follow those requirements.
