B1G IPTV DMCA & Copyright Policy
B1G IPTV respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how copyright owners or authorized agents can submit a good-faith infringement notice concerning material available through the website or services.
Submit Complete, Specific Copyright Complaints
A notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and enough location information for us to find the material. Incomplete or vague notices can delay review.
Information to Include in a Copyright Notice
Where the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies, a compliant notice generally includes the following elements.
| Required element | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Signature | A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner. |
| Copyrighted work | Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved. |
| Infringing material | Identification of the material claimed to infringe and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including precise URLs where possible. |
| Contact details | Information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party, such as name, address, telephone number and email. |
| Good-faith statement | A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law. |
| Accuracy / authority statement | A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where the DMCA applies, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed. |
Where to Send a Notice
Copyright complaints concerning b1giptv.io may be sent by email to support@b1giptv.io with the subject line Copyright / DMCA Notice.
If B1G IPTV qualifies for and intends to rely on the U.S. DMCA service-provider safe harbor, the business should separately register and maintain its designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the registered agent details here. This webpage by itself is not a Copyright Office agent registration.
How We May Respond
After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may investigate, request clarification, remove or disable access to material, preserve relevant records where appropriate, notify the affected user or provider, or take other reasonable action consistent with applicable law.
Removal in response to a complaint does not necessarily mean that B1G IPTV admits liability or agrees with every allegation in the notice.
Counter-Notice
If material you provided was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice where the law permits it.
A DMCA counter-notice generally identifies the removed material and its former location, includes your physical or electronic signature, states under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, and includes the contact/jurisdiction statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Because counter-notices can have legal consequences, consider obtaining legal advice before sending one.
Repeat Infringer and Abuse Policy
Where appropriate and legally required, we may suspend or terminate users or accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly misuse the copyright complaint process.
We may also reject or escalate notices that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated without meaningful verification, or unrelated to material that can reasonably be identified on our systems.
Trademark and Other Intellectual-Property Complaints
The DMCA is a copyright process. Trademark, impersonation, privacy or other intellectual-property complaints should clearly identify the legal right involved and the specific material at issue. Send those complaints to the same support email with an appropriate subject line.
